I had something similar before but it cost twice as much and broke. This is much sturdier and cost me half the price, so it was a good trade up.

It does a great job prepping garlic, and it's easier to clean than a typical garlic press, but I wish this came with a tool to clean out the holes. A sponge does a good job, but it'd be nice to have something to go with it, too. If you have a dish washer it's probably not an issue, but I hand wash.

Way easier to mash garlic with this than a press because you can put your whole weight on it.

This is way better to make a good meal quick than trying to dice garlic by hand with a knife. I use this almost every night.

I haaaaate mincing garlic by hand, so this thing is a godsend! It's really sturdy and seems like it's made from good material. I'd definitely recommend it if you hate dealing with garlic as much as I do.
