Hello! My name is Jonah Brandow and I'd like to welcome you to my workshop. As an IT Analyst-turned woodworker, living in the Midwest, I love to create things with my hands using one of the most beautiful natural materials on this earth: trees. It is my mission to use these hands and materials to spread joy and love throughout the world. In this store you will see cutting boards I have carefully designed and crafted to last many years. In my opinion, the best woods for cutting boards are:

  • Hard and durable, but not so much to dull your knives quickly
  • Closed-grain, to keep bacteria out

I hand-select these woods from local lumber yards to make something both beautiful and functional. Please browse my shop for ready-made boards, and if you think of something you’d like custom-made it would be my joy to work with you.
